Terms and Conditions

By purchasing a ticket to any Mum Movement event, you agree to the following:

1. Tickets Are Non-Refundable
All ticket purchases are final. We are unable to offer refunds for any reason, including changes to personal circumstances. Please ensure you are able to attend before completing your purchase.

2. Ticket Transfers
If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your ticket to another mum. Please notify us via email at least 48 hours before the event with the full name and contact details of the new attendee.

3. Mums-Only Event
Our events are strictly for mums (including expecting mums). No children or partners are permitted, in order to maintain a safe and supportive space just for you.

4. Behaviour & Respect
All attendees are expected to treat others with kindness and respect. We reserve the right to remove anyone from the event who displays inappropriate or disruptive behaviour, without a refund.

5. Photography & Media
Photos and videos may be taken during the event for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to being included in this content. Please let us know before the event if you prefer not to be photographed.

6. Event Changes
We reserve the right to make changes to the event details (e.g., location, time, schedule) if necessary. All updates will be communicated via email or our social media channels.

7. Liability
By attending, you agree to participate at your own risk. The Mum Movement is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage sustained during the event.
